Parking at the Express Event Center is convenient, easy and free! Our well-lighted lot provides parking
directly across from and adjacent to the building with handicap accessibility.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
We require a 50% deposit and signed contract to guarantee the rental space. The final balance is due ten (10) business days prior the the scheduled event. A separate damage deposit check in the amount of $300 must accompany the final balance check. If no damages or expenses are incurred, the damage deposit will be refunded. A 50% deposit refund will be given if cancelled up to 30 days prior to your scheduled event. No refund will be given if cancelled 30 days or less prior to your scheduled event.
SETUP & TAKE DOWN
Daytime and evening event times will be judged per event. Activities will be confined to the room rented. All additional space allowances are subject to additional fees. The Express Event Center will be responsible for the setup and take down of the guest tables and chairs. We do ask the Lessee be responsible for the removal of any decorations or items that are brought into the Event Center. Express is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the event.
