The professionals at the Express Event Center can provide you with a list of suppliers to meet your event planning needs. They are also on hand to advise you and help make your event a success.

CATERING
The Open Catering Policy at the Express Event Center gives you the freedom to select the caterer of your choice. Our event professionals work with some of the best caterers in Oklahoma City on a continual basis. If you desire, they would be happy to provide you with a list and advise you in selecting the caterer that's right for your event. Your caterer of choice can have access to our spacious prep kitchen and all its features.

AUDIOVISUAL
A selection of audiovisual equipment is available on a rental basis. Our event professionals can also provide you with a list of A/V rental suppliers for additional equipment.

TABLES & CHAIRS
The tables and chairs are one less thing you have to worry about at the Express Event Center. They are included in the rental price when you rent the Founders Ballroom or the Magnolia Lobby. Our team will handle the setup and take down of the guest table and chairs.

SECURITY
Security is required at all events where alcohol is served and/or events with 200 or more people in attendance. Our event professionals will be happy to help you make these arrangements.
